ep66 Terms & Conditions – Rules Governing Use of Our Platform

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ep66 platform, including the website located at ep66.app, all associated mobile experiences, casino games, sports betting markets, promotional offers, and any other services made available by ep66 (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", or "You") and ep66 ("we", "us", or "our").

By registering an account on ep66, by depositing funds, or by using any feature of the Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with any additional rules, policies, or guidelines referenced herein. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

2. Definitions

The following defined terms appear throughout these Terms. Wherever these terms are used, they carry the meanings set out below.

3. Eligibility

Access to and use of the ep66 Platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. ep66 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

• Age Requirement
  You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account and use the ep66 Platform. ep66 applies a strict 21+ policy in line with responsible gaming standards applicable to the Bangladesh market. Players found to be under 21 will have their Accounts immediately closed and any funds returned at ep66's sole discretion.
• One Account Per Person
  Each individual may only hold one Account on the ep66 Platform. The operation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identities, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent Account closure and forfeiture of any Wallet balance.
• Accurate Information
  You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your Account and must promptly update that information if it changes. ep66 may verify the identity of any Player at any time. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Jurisdictional Restrictions
  It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the ep66 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. ep66 does not warrant that the Platform is legally accessible in all locations. Players accessing ep66 from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and in violation of these Terms.

4. Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of ep66 services, you must register an Account using a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. The registration process requires you to provide a mobile number, create a password, and confirm that you meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3. Registration constitutes your acceptance of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password. All activities that occur under your Account are your responsibility. ep66 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where that access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

ep66 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected bank transfer channels including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. ep66 does not charge transaction fees for standard deposits and withdrawals, however your payment provider may impose their own fees.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted. ep66 may request documentary evidence confirming the source of deposited funds as part of its KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation may result in a withdrawal being delayed or declined.

• Minimum Deposit
  The minimum single deposit is ৳200 via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. Bank transfer minimums may differ — refer to the cashier for current limits.
• Withdrawal Processing
  Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed on the same business day for standard amounts. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days. ep66 reserves the right to conduct additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Matched Payment Method
  Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used to deposit. ep66 will not transfer funds to a different mobile wallet or bank account than the one used for the corresponding deposit.
• Currency
  All Wallet balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wagers on ep66 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). ep66 does not accept or process transactions in other currencies.

6. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

ep66 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cricket-specific promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup. The availability, terms, and conditions of each promotion are set out in the specific promotion's rules, which form part of these Terms.

All bonuses credited to a Player's Account are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms. Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first be converted to real-money Wallet balance by meeting the applicable wagering requirements. ep66 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

• Wagering Requirements
  All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements specified in the relevant promotion. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any portion of Bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The standard rollover requirement for bonuses is stated on each offer page.
• Bonus Expiry
  Bonus Funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the promotion will expire automatically and be removed from the Player's Account without notice. The default bonus validity period is 30 days from the date of credit unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus Abuse
  ep66 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void any associated winnings if it suspects that a Player is abusing the bonus system. Abuse includes but is not limited to: placing low-risk bets to fulfil wagering requirements, using multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional offers in a manner not intended by ep66.

7. Responsible Gaming and Age Verification

ep66 is committed to responsible gaming. We provide tools and resources to help Players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time alerts, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible from within your Account settings at any time.

If you feel that your gambling is becoming problematic, ep66 strongly encourages you to use the self-exclusion tool available in your Account settings, which will immediately suspend your access to the Platform for a period of your choosing. 8. Prohibited Conduct

The following categories of conduct are expressly prohibited on the ep66 Platform. ep66 reserves the right to take immediate action — including Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities — against any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct.

• Fraud and Money Laundering
  Using the ep66 Platform to launder money, conduct fraudulent transactions, use stolen or fraudulent payment instruments, or otherwise engage in financial crime is strictly prohibited and will be reported to applicable authorities.
• Collusion and Match-Fixing
  Any attempt to collude with other Players, exploit game vulnerabilities, engage in arbitrage betting, or place wagers based on knowledge of match-fixing or other corrupt activity is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Automated Betting
  The use of bots, scripts, automated software, or any mechanical or electronic device to place wagers, exploit promotions, or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner is strictly prohibited.
• Chargebacks
  Initiating a chargeback, reversal, or dispute with your payment provider (including bKash, Nagad, or any bank) in relation to a deposit made to ep66 while your Account remains active is prohibited. Any chargeback initiated will result in immediate Account suspension and the amount in dispute being deducted from your Wallet balance.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ep66 Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, text, design elements, and the ep66 brand name — is the exclusive intellectual property of ep66 or its licensed providers and partners. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the express prior written consent of ep66.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to sub-licence, sell, resell, or commercially exploit any portion of the Platform or its content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ep66 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if ep66 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ep66's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your ep66 Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits ep66's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

ep66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where ep66 has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has breached these Terms or that continued operation of the Account poses a risk to ep66, other Players, or the integrity of the Platform.

• Suspension for Investigation
  ep66 may temporarily suspend an Account while investigating a suspected breach of these Terms, a payment dispute, a KYC verification request, or any other matter requiring review. Suspended Accounts may not deposit, withdraw, or place wagers during the suspension period.
• Closure by Player
  You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any real-money Wallet balance remaining at the time of closure (net of any outstanding Bonus Funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable time, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.
• Effect of Termination
  Upon termination of your Account for any reason, your licence to access the Platform is immediately revoked. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to Sections 8, 9, 10, and 13 — shall continue to apply after termination.

12. Amendments to These Terms

ep66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ep66 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to Players via the Platform — for example, by displaying a notice on the ep66 homepage or by sending a notification to your registered mobile number. The date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last updated.

Your continued use of the Platform following publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 11 of these Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. ep66 encourages Players to contact [email protected] in the first instance to resolve any dispute informally. ep66 aims to respond to all formal dispute notifications within 14 business days. Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection standards in Bangladesh.
